MAF Recruiting Teacher That is the word from an MAF mom, as she watches dedicated Christian teachers build knowledge and life skills into her children. Even though they are half a world away from their home country, she is confident her children are receiving a first-rate education.

As a qualified teacher, you will be an essential part of a team seeking to provide access to the gospel in a challenging location. One of the vital components in overcoming barriers to the Gospel is quality education for the children of MAF families.

MAF places teachers in a number of schooling situations, ranging from one-room, multi-grade schools, to traditional accredited international schools.

MAF is opening a school for young Papuan (Indonesia) children to help them transition from isolated village life to full participation in Indonesian society.

1 Lower Elementary Teacher – Multi-grade classroom

Requirements:

Growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Teacher certification – US State or ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International)
Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience
Willingness to raise ministry partners for prayer and financial support
